ANDY MILOVICH, ExECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF PALISADES BASEBALL

After leading the Power, Class A Affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, for three season and the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, Class A Affliliate of the Cleveland Indians for six, Andy has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Palisades Baseball.  The 2008 season will be Andy's eighteenth in professional baseball.  In addition to his VP duties for Palisades, Andy oversees the Power Alley Grill and the Mahoning Valley Scrappers.

Andy joined Palisades Baseball in 1994 with the Erie SeaWolves for their Inaugural Season as the Director of Group Sales.  He was promoted to Assistant General Manager midway through the 1995 season and assumed the General Manager position following the season.  Milovich was the recipient of The Sporting News Minor League Executive of the Year following the franchise's third consecutive New York-Penn League attendance record during the 1997 season.  The 2000 Mahoning Valley Scrappers recorded a second straight New York-Penn League attendance record by drawing over 203,000 fans in 38 dates and earned Milovich the New York-Penn League Executive of the Year Award.  The 1999 Scrappers staff won the John H. Johnson Trophy for franchise excellence.

Prior to joining the SeaWolves, he served as the Director of Stadium Operations with the Madison Hatters, the St. Louis Cardinals former Class A Midwest League franchise.  His first professional baseball experience came as an intern with the Midwest League's South Bend White Sox in 1990.  After completing the Sport Management Graduate Program at the University of Georgia in the spring of 1993, Andy spent a year as the Marketing & Operations Coordinator for the Tucson Javelinas in the Arizona Fall League.

The South Bend, Indiana native graduated from Valparaiso University where he obtained a B.S. in both Business Administration and Sports Management.  He was a four-year letter winner on the Men's Baseball Team.  andy@wvpower.com

RYAN GATES, gENERAL MANAGER

Ryan is in his fifth season with the Power and sixth in professional baseball.  Ryan moved to the position of General Manager for the 2007 season and oversees the day-to-day operations.  Prior to working for the Power, he completed his MBA in Marketing at the Kelley School of Business – Indiana University.  Ryan also worked for three years in a variety of positions with Indiana University Sports Properties, a division of Learfield Sports, located in both Bloomington and Indianapolis, Indiana as well as Dallas, Texas.

Ryan started his career in 1998 with Palisades Baseball’s franchise, the Erie SeaWolves. During his stay in Erie he rose from an intern to the Director of Sales and Promotions. His start in sports began with an internship with the Florida Citrus Bowl in 1996 where he had the opportunity to work with the qualifying rounds of Olympic Soccer and the NFL.

A native of Boonton, New Jersey, Ryan originally graduated from Indiana University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.  ryan@wvpower.com

Joe Payne, ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Joe is in his fourth season with the Power, and recently was promoted to Assistant General Manager for the Power.  Originally from South Charleston, Joe graduated from South Charleston High School.  Joe earned a degree in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State University, where he played baseball for 4 years.  He followed school by playing three seasons of professional baseball in the Northern and Frontier Leagues.  Joe attended graduate school at Marshall Univeristy and earned a degree in Athletic Administration.  He currently lives in Scott Depot with his wife Hilary and son Nolan.  jpayne@wvpower.com

ANDY BARCH, DIRECTOR OF MEDIA RELATIONS/BROADCASTER

Andy (aka Bull) is in his fifth season with the Power, and his sixth in minor league baseball. Andy spent the 2003 season as the Director of Media Relations and Radio Broadcaster for the Jamestown Jammers of the New York Penn League.

He graduated in December of 2003 from Bowling Green State University. While at Bowling Green he hosted several talk shows, halftime shows, and conducted play-by-play broadcasts for Bowling Green Football, Basketball and Baseball games. He also spent time in front of the camera as a Television Sports Anchor.

The Cleveland, Ohio native is an avid wrestling fan and his favorite professional sports teams are the Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Red Wings. His nickname "Bull" is due to his striking resemblance of Bull from Night Court.

KRISTIN CALL, DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Kristin is in her second full-time season with the WV Power.  She began with the Power two years ago as an intern and was promoted to Director of Promotions for the 2007 season.  This season she will take on the role of Director of Marketing.  Kristin is originally from Barboursville, WV and a graduate of Cabell Midland High.  In 2002 she entered West Virginia State Universitiy where she played volleyball for 4 years.  In 2006 she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Communications.  She currently lives in Dunbar and coaches volleyball at Charleston Catholic High School.  kcall@wvpower.com

JEREMY TAYLOR, DIRECTOR OF GROUP SALES

Jeremy is beginning his fifth season with the Power; his first as the Director of Group Sales.  A life-long resident of Charleston, Jeremy begins his fourth year as a full time staff member.   During the last season at Watt Powell Park (2004), Jeremy was the Retail Intern overseeing the daily operations of the team merchandise shop. Being from area, Jeremy has been a part of baseball in Charleston most of his life, even seeing the 1990 Charleston Wheelers win the South Atlantic League Championship.  The 1990 team featured such famous members as Trevor Hoffman, Tim Pugh, Dan Wilson, Jerry Spradlin, Bobby Ayala and Scott Pose.  Jeremy currently resides in Charleston.  jeremy@wvpower.com

MIKE LINK, DIRECTOR OF TICKETS

Mike returns to the Power for his second season, this year as the Director of Tickets.  Mike attended Mount Union College in Ohio for two years where he played soccer and majored in Sports Management, then transferred and graduated from the University of Akron with a Marketing Degree. While finishing his degree at the University of Akron, Mike completed both a Ticketing and Marketing internship with the Akron Aeros (AA affiliate, Cleveland Indians).  His first job in the industry was in the Continental Basketball Association with the Rockford Lightning in Illinois. He returned to baseball and Ohio a year later, and worked for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers (Class A affiliate, Cleveland Indians) as the Senior Account Executive. After two years there, Mike returned to his hometown and joined the Aeros staff as a Ticket Sales Account Representative before joining the Power staff prior to the 2007 season.

Mike is a diehard Cleveland sports fan, as well as an Ohio State football fan and a Duke basketball fan.  He is a Cleveland Browns season ticket holder and makes the drive up from Charleston to Cleveland for each home game.    mlink@wvpower.com

DAN HELM, DIRECTOR OF PROMOTIONS

Dan joins the Power for his second season of minor league baseball.  Before becoming a member of the Power front office Dan worked at Marshall University where he assisted with the men's basketball team. A 2003 graduate of Dayton, Helm worked six years with Dayton basketball before his arrival at Marshall. During his time with the Flyers, UD made three NCAA Tournament and two Postseason NIT appearances, won an Atlantic 10 Championship, two A-10 West Division titles, and a Maui Invitational.In 2004, Helm worked for USA Basketball and Olympic Preparations. Originally from Asheville, N.C., Helm is currently lives in Huntington. Dan is a proud father and a passionate Notre Dame fan despite this season's shortcomings.  dhelm@wvpower.com

JILLIAN HEEREN, DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES

Jillian joins the West Virginia Power in her first full-time season after being an intern for the 2007 season. Jillian grew up around minor league baseball in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where her family housed minor league players for 11 years. She came to West Virginia to attend Marshall University, where she graduated with honors and a B.A. Degree in Business Marketing in May of 2007. Jillian enjoys playing golf and watching sports in her spare time, and is a huge fan of the Detroit Tigers and University of Michigan Wolverines. Greg is in his fourth season with the West Virginia Power. Last season Greg was Operations Manager. This season he will take on the role of Director of Concessions. shawn huffman, director of food & beverage

Shawn is originally from Summersville WV and a graduate of Nicholas County High School.  After high school he attended Marshall University.  Shawn's previous experience includes managing at Applebees and O'Charley's.  He enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his 5 kids, Ashleigh, Tyler, Courtney, Tayler, and Tanner.  Shawn currently resides in Scott Depot with wife Joanna and children.  shawn@wvpower.com

BRIAN EICHE, HEAD GROUNDSKEEPER

Brian, a.k.a. "Sweeps", is in his first season with the Power and his eighth in professional baseball.  Prior to joining the Power, Brian worked as the groundskeeper for the Harrisburg Senators.  His experience also includes an internship with the Lakewood BlueClaws, also of the South Atlantic League, and working with the Reading Phillies and Penn State Beaver Stadium grounds crew.

Brian is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. degree Turfgrass Science.  He is originally from Leesport, PA and is a diehard Phillies, Eagles, Flyers and Penn State football fan.  beiche@wvpower.com

DAN CUDOC, BOX OFFICE MANAGER

Dan is in his second year with the Power and first as a full-time employee.  In 2006, he interned with the Power before returningto Ohio to finish his degrees from Ohio Northern University.  At ONU, Dan received a B.A. in Sports Management and a B.S.B.A.in business management.  He was also active in various activities.  Dan enjoys playing all sports, especially baseball, golf and basketball.  He is also a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, Penguins and Panthers.  Originally from Columbus, OH he currently resides in Dunbar and will be getting married in June.  dcudoc@wvpower.com

ben sanger, OPERATIONS MANAGER

Ben is in his second year with the Power and first as a full-time employee. Ben is originally from Poca, WV and a graduate of Nitro High School. He went on to graduate with a BS in Athletic Administration from the University of Charleston in May 2007, where he also competed on the Men's soccer team for four years. Ben has been active as a soccer player for the past 18 years, but is also a strong supporter of the West Virginia Mountaineers football and basketball teams, as well as the Seattle Seahawks.  bsanger@wvpower.com
